We received a request to review the rebate mechanism applicable under clause 7A.6 of UT5. We sought stakeholders’ views in response to the initial request and our subsequent decisions, and receiverd a total of 5 submissions.
We concluded that the rebate mechanism had not met all of its objectives due to identified information gaps, and recommend changes be made to UT5 to ensure the rebate objectives are met.
