GAPE and Newlands pricing DAAU

Aurizon Network has submitted a draft amending access undertaking (the GAPE and Newlands pricing DAAU) that seeks amendments, including adjustments to relevant reference tariffs, to reflect:

  • a new cost allocation methodology for asset replacement and renewal expenditure in the shared rail corridor
  • a change in the treatment of previously deferred expenditures.

We have published our preliminary considerations on the GAPE and Newlands pricing DAAU and invite stakeholders to provide written submissions by 10 February 2023.
