Reset Schedule F values

Part 6A of UT5 outlines a process for setting the reference tariffs, allowable revenues and volume forecasts to apply for the reset period (FY2024 to FY2027).

On 29 July 2022, Aurizon Network submitted its proposed preliminary reference tariffs, allowable revenues and volume forecasts (reset Schedule F preliminary values) for each coal system and for the reset period. Aurizon Network subsequently updated its proposed reset Schedule F preliminary values to reflect new information and recent regulatory decisions.

On 25 May 2023, we approved Aurizon Network’s updated preliminary values.

On 31 July 2023, Aurizon Network submitted its proposed reset Schedule F values (reset values) for our assessment. The reset values are to be based on the approved preliminary values but with revisions to reflect updates to the reset WACC and the reset inflation rate.

On 19 October 2023, we approved Aurizon Network’s reset values.
