In effect
Each year Aurizon Network engages with stakeholders through the Rail Industry Group to develop its maintenance and renewals strategies and budgets for the following year.
If a special majority of end users in a system vote not to approve Aurizon Network’s final draft maintenance strategy and budget, then Aurizon Network must seek approval from the QCA.
Newlands system, 2021–22
