Aurizon Network submitted a draft amending access undertaking (the infrastructure rebates and GAPE RCS DAAU), seeking amendments to the 2017 access undertaking to:
- apply new arrangements for mine-specific infrastructure that were funded by customers under access facilitation deeds
- include previously deferred remote-control signalling (RCS) investments in the GAPE allowable revenue and reference tariffs from 1 July 2024
- update revenues, tariffs and volumes to reflect the outcomes of recent regulatory decisions.
We are seeking comments from interested parties on the above matters. Submissions are due by Friday 26 July 2024.
Aurizon Network’s proposal and a marked-up undertaking is available for download below.
