DBCT Management provided us with a proposed standard underwriting agreement (SUA) for approval.
Stakeholders had until 1 February 2020 to raise a dispute about the proposed SUA, specifying why the SUA does not meet the requirements of DBCT’s 2017 access undertaking and, if necessary, any required amendments.
No disputes were received.
The approved SUA is now available for download below.
