The Electricity Distribution Network Code (EDNC) requires the QCA to review the guaranteed service level (GSL) measures, thresholds and payments that Energex and Ergon Energy are required to meet.
We have reviewed the GSL thresholds, measures and payments for the next regulatory period, which is the five years from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2030.
On 28 March 2023, we released a consultation paper and received 4 submissions in response.
On 21 July 2023, we released a draft decision addressing issues raised in response to the consultation paper and received 3 submissions in response.
On 21 December 2023, we released our final decision on the GSL measures, thresholds and payments to apply from 1 July 2025.
