2010 Review of MSS and GSL

The Queensland Electricity Industry Code (the Code) sets the minimum service standards (MSS) and guaranteed service levels (GSL) and payments that are to be met by Energex and Ergon Energy during the current regulatory period.

Under sections 2.4.4 and 2.5.19 of the Code, we reviewed the MSS and GSL requirements to apply from the beginning of the regulatory period beginning 1 July 2010.

On 24 April 2009, we released our final decision.
