SEQ urban water retail price monitoring framework 2010

The Premier and the Treasurer directed us to recommend the interim price monitoring framework to apply to the south east Queensland water and wastewater distribution and retail activities for the one-year period commencing July 2010.

We provided a final report to the Queensland Government in April 2010.
