Adjustment charges—1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019
On 21 January 2020, Queensland Rail submitted an adjustment charge application which seeks to recover the approved review event reference tariff, applying from 1 July 2019 to 31 December 2019.
The charges, totalling $2.187 million, are to be recovered from access holders in the West Moreton system.
To support its application, Queensland Rail submitted a memorandum and a financial model with specific information on individual train services.
On 21 February 2020, we approved Queensland Rail’s proposed adjustment charge application.
