The 2021 DBCT access undertaking sets out the terms and conditions under which DBI Management provides access to the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal. It also outlines the process for an access seeker to negotiate access to the infrastructure and the way to resolve disputes in relation to access during the regulatory period.
The 2021 DBCT access undertaking came into effect on 1 July 2021, based on the approval listed below.

DBI Management can seek to vary the 2021 DBCT access undertaking at any time by submitting a draft amending access undertaking (DAAU) to the QCA under the QCA Act.
