Queensland Rail’s 2016 access undertaking set out the terms and conditions under which Queensland Rail provided access to its rail infrastructure between 11 October 2016 and 30 June 2020.
It was replaced by the 2020 access undertaking on 1 July 2020.
Queensland Rail’s 2016 access undertaking is no longer in force, following the approval of the 2020 access undertaking.

Queensland Rail proposed various amendments to the 2016 access undertaking through the draft amending access undertaking (DAAU) processes under the QCA Act.
