Regulatory audits

The 2010 access undertaking required that an annual audit be conducted of Aurizon Network’s compliance with its ring-fencing obligations, specifically with regard to management of confidential information, decision-making, complaint handling and other identified matters specified by the QCA. The access undertaking also required that an annual audit be conducted of Aurizon Network’s financial statements.

Each year, following completion of the regulatory audits, we released the public versions of the compliance and financial audit reports.
