As directed by the then Minister responsible for Energy in 2021, we will publish a report on the SEQ retail electricity market in 2024–25 by 21 December 2025. The report will cover retail prices, discounts and incentives, fees and charges, customers receiving assistance with their electricity bills, new types of electricity plans, market competitiveness, customers on legacy market offers and other significant issues.
