On 1 June 2012, we approved DBCT Management’s 2012–13 ARR and NECAP applications, providing for an ARR of $246,656,500 and TIC of $2.9018, effective from 1 July 2012.
On 29 May 2012, DBCT Management sought approval of around $19.7 million of NECAP expenditure for 2011–12. Before this, on 15 May 2012, DBCT Management formally requested that we approve its ARR roll-forward calculation for 2012–13.
